In 2017 we moved our operations to the old Pfizer building in Brooklyn, which has become an incubator for cool food and beverage innovators. The massive white building on Flushing Avenue was only lacking one thing: a gathering place for all the creative gin makers, mushroom foragers, artisan importers, caterers and craftsmen in the building.
So … we opened Bartleby’s Cafe in the lobby. Come grab a delicious coffee or stay for a custom-made salad or wrap and one of our pastry chef Hans’ dessert sensations. We also offer delivery to the neighborhood hospital, businesses and working-from-home folks looking for some yummy, healthy fare.
